Antony and Cleopatra

William Shakespare\\\'s Antony and Cleopatra is a tragedy that takes place over five acts. After the death of Julius Caesar, the triumvirate: Cleopatra, the Queen of Egypt; Mark Antony; Roman Military Leader; and Octavius Caesar are ruling together. \\r\\n\\r\\nMark Antony, who is besotted with Cleopata, rushes home at the news of his wife, Fulvia;s death, to try and heal political tensions by marrying Caesar\\\'s sister Octavia. Word of the event enrages Cleopatra, whois then mollified by the description of Octavia. But Antony returns to Cleopatra. Escalating tensions with Caesar lead to a war, which Caesar seems to be on the verge of winning, yet ends with the death of the main characters of the play.
