Shakespare\\\\\\\'s The Winter\\\\\\\'s Tale is a five-fact lay that focuses on fidelity, trust and frienship. It is considered to be a romantic comedy with hints of tragedy in it. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nIn the play, the King of Sicilia, Leontes wrongly accuses his wife, Hermonie, of infidelity, and tries to get his faithful follower, Camillo to kill his friend, Polixenes for being party to his wife\\\\\\\'s betrayal. But the King of Bohemia is saved by Camillo, and leaves unscathed. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nHermonie, pregnant with her second child, is humuliated in court and iprisoned. The preceding sseries of incidents leave Leontes grieving the loss of his family and realising the error of his ways. The baby girl is abandoned in Bohemia and raised by a shepherd. She and the Prince, son of Polixenes, fall for each other and return to Sicilia.
