Five Star English

---

Five Star English has been developed for people working or training to work in the hotel and tourist industry. It begins at pre intermediate level and takes the learner through to a good intermediate level in all four language skills, with particular emphasis on understanding and speaking English. There are 12 main units and 3 revision units, giving an approximate total of 70 hours of classroom teaching. Each main unit deals with a different aspect of the industry: the situations and activities are as authentic as possible, having been carefully researched with assistance from the Yorkshire and Humberside Tourist Board
